Consultive Solutions Limited are pleased to announce our latest client, Centro.
Centro are responsible for the delivery of public transport within the West Midlands. Representing the seven metropolitan councils, their vision it to create a world class and effective public transport network and provide additional value add services to the region.
Our works for Centro where initially centred around the development of services and business revenue generated from the central control room. This included a feasibility report, business model, staff plans and overall business plan for the integration of 7 West Midland local authority CCTV operations into the control room under a long term service provision contract and SLA. This project required the understa nding of the Centro long term business plan, the needs of the clients and providing a report that detailed the specific considerations that Centro needed to apply when deciding on the development of the revenue stream.
Although based on a common offering, each client had specific technical and operational requirements and as such our report needed to detail this as well as the implications to Centro.
Transmission and communications across the West Midlands was also a major consideration, as the same model didn’t fit all the requirements. With our relationships with many of the service providers we where able to produce a plan that included a number of different services, but built in a way that supported the Centro business model and met the client needs.
As part of this model the use of various contractual models where reviewed and considered to evaluate the best fit for Centro. This included lease line, fixed term and managed services contracts.
This project was delivered by a three team of consultants of which we where one, we have now been contracted directly to Centro as a result of our input into the initial project. This latest direct contract extends our working relationship with a flagship client we have been working with for over 12 months.
