The ERS rewards and recognises UK employers for their support and commitment towards Defence.
The scheme encompasses awards for employers, like Consultive Solutions who pledge, demonstrate and advocate support to Defence and the Armed Forces community by aligning our values with the Armed Forces Covent, which our Managing Director, Derek Scott, signed earlier this year.
